Pitch Sizes Available:

  • 3m by 3m Pitch – Perfect for smaller, boutique-style stalls.
  • 8m by 8m Pitch – Ideal for larger setups, vehicles, or mechanical displays.

Purchasing a trader ticket will enable you to trade at our show from the hours of 10AM till 11PM on Friday, Saturday and 10AM till 4PM on Sunday. Each trader pitch also includes 1X Van & 2X Staff / Team members.

Join our incredible team of volunteers and help us bring this unforgettable festival experience to life! As a valued volunteer, you’ll play a crucial role in creating the magic and ensuring every attendee has the time of their life.

How You’ll Be Making a Difference:

  • Enhancing Guest Experience: Assist festival-goers with directions, information, and support to ensure they have an amazing time.
  • Behind-the-Scenes Magic: Help with event setup, decoration, and coordination to create a memorable and visually stunning atmosphere.
  • Supporting Performers: Aid in managing performer schedules, prepping stages, and ensuring smooth transitions between acts.
  • Sustainability Efforts: Contribute to keeping the festival clean, green, and environmentally friendly by helping with waste management and recycling initiatives.

Any volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (21+)
