Terms & Conditions for Terrible Fest!

Age Requirement- To purchase a ticket for this event, you must be 18 years of age or older. Tickets will only be sold to individuals who meet this age requirement. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult age 21+ at all times.

Alcohol Consumption- While this is a family-friendly event, please note that the event is held at a licensed premises, and alcohol will be served. Responsible drinking is expected at all times.

Event Conduct- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the event for disruptive behaviour, failure to comply with event rules, or any behaviour deemed unsafe or inappropriate by event staff.

Drinks Policy- No drinks, including alcohol, are permitted to be brought into the event arena or any public areas. Alcohol will be available for purchase on-site, and free tap water will also be provided.

Age Verification & Alcohol Sales- We operate a strict ‘Challenge 25’ policy—if you look under 25, you will need to present valid photo ID to purchase alcohol. No ID, no sale. Please bring appropriate identification with you!

Refund and Cancellation Policy- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Liability Disclaimer- Attendees acknowledge and accept that participation in the event is at their own risk. The event organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event.

Changes to Event Details- The event organiser’s reserve the right to change the event schedule, or any other details. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

Photography & Video- By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff upon entry.


Camping Terms & Conditions – Terrible Fest

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

By purchasing a camping ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.


1. Check-in Times- Camping check-in opens on Friday, 8th August from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM. Note: If you are unable to arrive on the Friday please contact our admin team.

2. Group Bookings & Camping Together- To ensure you’re camped together, all members of your group must arrive at the same time. We cannot reserve spaces or guarantee proximity unless you arrive together.

3 .Ticket Policy- Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name appears on the ticket. Tickets may not be resold. Please ensure you’re committed before purchasing your ticket. All attendees will be required to present valid photo identification at the entrance to verify age. Acceptable forms of ID include a government-issued Passport or Driving Licence. Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of entry, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Vehicle Movement Restrictions- There will be no vehicle movement (including touring vehicles and caravans) within the campsite between 10:00 AM on Saturday 9th August and 7:00 AM on Sunday, 10th August.

5. Non-Electric Camping- Please note that our event camping is non-electric; EHU (Electric Hook-Up) is not available.

6. Noise Control- We ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be considerate by closing car doors and gates quietly. Radios, televisions, and music should not disturb fellow campers. No music after 10:00 PM—let’s keep it peaceful at night.

7. Visitor Policy- For the comfort and safety of all, visitors are not permitted to the campsite. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of other campers.

8. Ball Games- For your safety and comfort, please refrain from ball games in the camping/caravan area. Use the open field for these activities.

9. Clean Campsites- When it’s time to leave, please ensure your pitch is clean and free of litter. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the site tidy.

10. Pet Policy- Pets are welcome but must be kept under control at all times. You are responsible for your pet’s behaviour. Pets must remain on a secure lead (no longer than 3 meters) at all times.

11. Generators & Fire Safety
To ensure a peaceful environment, generators must be turned off between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. All generators should be properly maintained, meet safety standards, and be equipped with fire-fighting equipment. The use of fire pits and BBQs is at your own risk. You are fully responsible for your fire or barbecue, and they should never be left unattended. Ensure that any fire is completely extinguished before going to bed.
Ashes must be fully cooled before being disposed of in the designated bins.
To prevent damage to the campsite, fire pits and BBQs must be kept at least 12 inches off the ground. Cooking inside tents is prohibited to reduce the risk of fire.

12. Alcohol Policy- No outside drinks are allowed to be consumed in public areas.

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued in the event of any lineup changes. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Any volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (21+)
