Ticket Types

We offer the following types of tickets for purchase on our website:

  • Early Arrival Tickets (May be added at a later date)
  • Full Weekend Tickets (Adult, Child, and Family) – Grants access to the festival from Friday at 10:00 AM until departure on Sunday by 4:00 PM.

Ticket Use

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Tickets cannot be resold or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • All tickets must be purchased with the full name of the person attending the festival. The ticket holder must be present at check-in.
  • For Family Tickets, the main ticket holder (the individual whose name is on the ticket) must arrive at the festival with their family members. If family members arrive without the main ticket holder, they will be asked to wait off-site until all corresponding members are present.

Child Ticket Requirements

  • Child tickets are available for individuals aged 5 to 16. Children under the age of 5 may enter the festival free of charge but must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.
  • Any child ticket holder must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 21+) upon arrival. The accompanying adult must hold a valid adult ticket for entry.

Entry Requirements

  • Upon arrival, ticket holders must present a valid ID that matches the name on the ticket for entry. Failure to present a valid ID will result in denied entry.
  • All tickets will be scanned at the entry gate, and re-entry will only be permitted with a valid festival wristband issued at check-in.

Age Restrictions

  • Adult tickets are available for individuals aged 18 and above.
  • Child tickets are available for individuals aged 5 to 16.
  • Children under the age of 5 may enter the festival free of charge but must be accompanied by an adult.

Camping Information

  • Check-in for camping will be open from:
    • Friday Check-In: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
      Saturday Check-In: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • If attending with family or friends, the only way to guarantee you are camped together is if you arrive together. This also applies to group bookings. Spaces cannot be reserved.
  • Camping is available for campervans, motorhomes.
  • The event camping is non-electric—Electric Hook-Up (EHU) is not available.
  • Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. No music is allowed after 10pm.
  • No vehicle movement (including touring vehicles) is allowed on-site between 10pm and 7am.
  • Generators must be switched off between 10pm and 8am.
  • BBQs must be at least 12 inches off the ground and are used at your own risk. Never leave them unattended, and ensure they are extinguished before going to bed. Ashes must be cool and disposed of properly.
  • Pets must be kept on a lead no longer than 3 meters, and owners are responsible for their behaviour.
  • Gazebo’s & Awnings: Awnings must be no larger than 2 meters spread outwards and must be permanently fixed to a camper van. Gazebo’s are not permitted within the camping area.

Festival Rules

  • All attendees must adhere to the festival rules communicated upon entry. Any violation may result in immediate ejection without a refund.
  • Visitors to the campsite are not permitted.
  • No ball games in the camping area.
  • Campfires are not permitted.
  • Please respect the privacy of other campers.

Alcohol and ID Policy

  • This is a licensed event, and alcohol will be served.
  • No outside drinks are allowed in public areas, including the event arena.
  • We operate a strict ‘Challenge 25’ policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, valid photo ID is required for the purchase of alcohol. No ID, no sale.

Force Majeure

  • In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), no refunds will be issued. However, tickets may be honored for future events, subject to availability.

 

Returns Policy

Ticket Sales are Final

  • All tickets purchased online are non-refundable. Please ensure that the information entered during the purchase is correct before completing the transaction.
  • No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be offered for lost or stolen tickets.

Non-Transferable

  • Tickets cannot be transferred to another individual. The name provided at the time of purchase must match the ID of the individual attending the event.

Special Circumstances

  • In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), a written request for a refund or transfer may be submitted to our customer service team at support@terriblefest.com. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Any volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (21+)
